After getting 5 companies to quote on our 2 room extension I was relieved that I had chosen the best company for the job.For me it was the detail in the quote that showed Econstruct were highly professional from the start.Although we designed the build ourselves, Econstruct were very helpful with ideas and suggestions along the way and with their brilliant team of joiners,bricklayers and roofers created our dream, just as we wanted. Econstruct, have just completed an internal reconfiguration and extension to our home on schedule. At first we were apprehensive, because as a relatively new operator they had not a long proven track record. As it turned out from the outset, we needn’t have worried about this at all. They turned out to be a most professional team with pride in their work and integrity, from both front line and office staff.
We have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone no matter how big or small the job. The big plus for us was that the partner Derek was involved in the building process 24/7. His dedication to detail, team and project management is second to none. Robin, the other partner, although not directly involved in the build was responsible for processing the planning, drawing, building warrant and completion in a smooth manner together with providing us with a detailed breakdown of running costs throughout the build.

We decided to use Econstruct Design & Build following a recommendation from family. Quickly after the initial meeting a site survey was undertaken which allowed the team to produce a number of 3D sketch options for us to consider with no pressure. Once we had chosen the option that suited us Econstruct progressed all the necessary consents with the Local Authority.
Once all the consents were in place the build started quickly and continued smoothly with someone working on site everyday. The disruption to the house was kept to a minimum and we are all delighted with the finished product. We would definitely recommend econstruct in the future.
