We decided to use Econstruct Design & Build following a recommendation from family. Quickly after the initial meeting a site survey was undertaken which allowed the team to produce a number of 3D sketch options for us to consider with no pressure. Once we had chosen the option that suited us Econstruct progressed all the necessary consents with the Local Authority.
Once all the consents were in place the build started quickly and continued smoothly with someone working on site everyday. The disruption to the house was kept to a minimum and we are all delighted with the finished product. We would definitely recommend econstruct in the future.
